As a result of the current and on-going extraordinary surge in Asia - Europe westbound bookings, NYK is faced with managing a full ship environment and the need to allocate space accordingly.
Therefore, to assist this process and to ensure we can continue to offer you the high quality liner service expected of NYK, we are announcing the implementation of a Space Freight Premium (SFP). The SFP details are as follows:
Effective Date: from 17th August 2009 until further notice.
Space Freight Premium: US$ 300 per TEU
Applicable Services: All Asia - Europe westbound services, (Asia to North Europe, West, East Mediterranean and the Black Sea).
